该职位来源于猎聘Responsibilities•Project lead for sophisticated test fixtures (device interfaces) from design to customer delivery•Gather and understand customer requirements and verify that it is sufficient to initiate a design project•Assess and estimate new hardware design project's schedule, cost, and feasibility.•Advise customers on hardware requirements to realize load board/module design projects•Manage project schedules and keep customers informed of the project status•Manage customer to ensure project success and customer satisfaction •Execute DIS HW business development strategies for customer accounts by working with Sales team •Present key advantages of Teradyne DIS solutions to customers directly in order to support Sales meetings•Understand the competitive landscape and propose internal research & development ideas to improve Teradyne DIS's market positioning and technical advantages•Able to perform schematic, component placement, and routing review when neededRequirements & Skills•BS/MS in EE is preferred•2 years or more related working experience•Needs to be knowledgeable in HW board design or HW solution/concept design•Project management skills to align cost, schedules and organizing resources•Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and good organizational skills•Requires skills in Cadence CONCEPT HDL and Allegro PCB CAD design tools or equivalent EDA tools•Experienced in PI/SI simulation and evaluation is a plus•Requires strong English and Chinese communication skills for technical discussions in verbal and written form. Able to communicate with suppliers, customers, and other designers around the world. At times, willing to communicate with time zones in Europe and US•Has a good working attitude•Be willing to take on challenging projects and continue to learn and advance your expertise•Needs to be able to multitask between multiple projects daily•Can work under higher pressure & deal with frequent priority shifts
